How do I shop online ?
1. Firstly, please kindly register as a member of our eshop;
2. Search your targeted items by search engine or simply browse our product page;
3. Select suitable "Specification" and "Quantity";
4. Press "Add to Cart" on the product page;
5. You may press "Conitinue Shopping" to choose another product (maximum 2 pieces per order) or check out directly;
6. Choose your payment method and country of destination before filling your shipping information and etc.;
7. We will transfer you to Paypal for payment;
8. You will receive a confirmation notice via email as completion of transaction.
Can I place an order without registering ?
No, you have to register as a member to place an order. However, you can browse our products anytime before you register. Registration is simple and free. There is no obligation to shop after you have registered.
Are the prices of the products from your retail outlets are completely the same with the prices of products on the web?
The prices in Le Tandy eshop may vary when comparing with prices in our retail stores. These are due to such factors as different operating costs, special regional or online promotions, or exchange rate fluctuations. We try our best to offer customers the most competitive online prices.
The shipping costs may vary in different delivery regions, please select the correct delivery region to avoid orders cancelled or any administrative charges.
Do I need to pay import tax/duties?
Customers are advised to check with local tax bureau regarding the relevant tax issue before you proceed with shopping online. It is always different from country to country on import tax and it would be subject to local tax bureau of the country. Le Tandy E-Shop is not responsible for any import tax. If the order is refused due to customs tax and/or duties issues , you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and administration fee of 15% of the total product purchase price.
Why can't I find some products on eshop?
If products cannot be found on eshop, it may due to out of stock or we are not able to provide the products temporarily. However, please be noted that we will keep listing new stocks to our eshop for your choice.
Why can't I buy more watches in one order ?
We are glad that you are interested in our products. We have limited the quantity of watches per order to 2 because we are using fixed shipping rate. If you want to buy more than 2 watches, please place another order to us. Thank you!

Why does the delivery cost shows zero value ?
We are performing some special promotions from time to time. Zero delivery cost in some areas is one of our promotions. In this case, customers do not need to pay delivery charges during purchase if the delivery costs are showing zero value when they check out. Otherwise, the shipping cost will automatically be added in the total amount.
How can I check the order status ?
After placing an order, the order information will be displayed in the "My Order" page, you can check the order status in this page.
What are the order status stand for ?
There are four kind of status.
Processing - We received your order
Paid - Your order is confirmed and the goods will ship to you soon
Shipped - Your goods is despatched
Cancelled - Your order is cancelled
I have selected a wrong country in my order. What can I do ?
Wrong selection of country may leads to delivery failure. Please contact us at once for correction. Due to different shipping rates in different countries, you may need to pay the outstanding shipping fee after correction.
Can I cancel my order ?
If the order status in "My Order" page is showing "Processing", you may then click the "Cancel" cross sign to cancel the order. A handling fee may occur by Paypal under this circumstance.
If your order shows other status instead of "Processing", you cannot cancel the order.
How long will the delivery takes ?
We endeavour to deliver within 10 working days after the payment is confirmed.
Can I pick up the order at your physical stores?
Currently we do not provide that service, but we will provide pick up service soon.
How about the warranty?
We offer a standard 24 months international warranty for all our products. The warranty covers defective watches from the date of shipment. Should the watch stop working on its own, we will make you a new one. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents or misuse. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will walk you through the process.
We are not responsible for any accidental damage to the watch. An investigation will be made by our watchmaker before repairing. We will refund the warranty related shipping fees to you after we have clarified that the problem with your watch falls under warranty. Please also note that all return/warranty packages remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us. We therefore advise you to take the necessary precautions to ship your watch safely by using registered traceable services and appropriate packaging for all watch shipments.
